HOW MUCH ARE YOUR CAKES?
Since all of my cakes are custom designed and created per each individual by the complexity of their design, I do not have a standard price list. Factors that influence the cost of your cake include number of servings, flavor and filling choices.
Some general guidelines: For special occasion tiered and sculpted cakes, BellaCake does have a $100 minimum to account for the special attention and expertise which is applied to each of the designs. For wedding cakes, the minimum is $250 @ 50 servings. Typically a Tiered, Wedding or 3-D Sculpted cakes price range is from approximately $4 - $12 per serving. However, I will work with you to create something beautiful that doesn't have to cost a fortune and which will stay in your budget.

WHAT IS YOUR ORDERING POLICY?
Basic Cakes or 3-D Cake orders must be made 3 weeks in advance prior to the event date to reserve your special date. Cake orders for 60 servings or more, wedding cakes, large scale 3-D, or custom cakes that require detail intricate work must be made no less than 1 month (30) calendar days in advance prior to the event date. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be due at time of ordering for all cakes. Please inquire if you have questions regarding the status of the cake design you are looking for. I am more than happy to answer your questions.

WHAT'S YOUR PAYMENT POLICY?
To secure the event date BellaCake will decline other work therefore, requiring a 50% deposit. It is asked that you are absolutely sure you'd like to work with BellaCake, as the deposit in non-refundable.
Payment must be made ONLY by cash, money order, pay-pal or bank cashier’s check. Personal checks, credit cards and any form of electronic funds transfer are NOT accepted as payment. 3-D Cake orders placed with less than (20) days and serving more than (60 people) of the event date require payment in full by Cash on the date of ordering. Deposits are non-refundable.

Personal checks, credit cards and any form of electronic funds transfer are NOT accepted as payment. 3-D Cake orders placed with less than (20) days and serving more than (60 people) of the event date require payment in full by Cash on the date of ordering. Should you choose to cancel your order, your balance payment is refundable provided BellaCake is notified at least five (5) business days prior to the event. Deposits are Non-Refundable.
I WANT TO ORDER A WEDDING CAKE WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS?
To secure the event date BellaCake will decline other work. The date of the event is considered “booked” upon receipt of a non-refundable retainer equal to 50% of the total value of the cake, including any delivery charges, any equipment deposit, and the completed, signed contracted email.
Payments of the balance due are to be made as follows:
1. Two months (60 days) prior to the Event Date: 50% of the total cost
2. One month (30 days) prior to the Event Date: balance in full.
If the cake is booked less than one month (30 days) before the event date, the retainer will be equal to
80% the cost of the cake plus delivery charges and any equipment deposit.
Should the Client fail to make any periodic or installment payment due as specified above, BellaCake will cease work without breach of contract, the order will be considered canceled and no refund will be given.

Upon final payment, a receipt will be issued and all element size/style/requirements shall be finalized.The Client is responsible for keeping track of any payments due and ensuring their timely payment.

DO YOUR CAKES CONTAIN NUTS?
No, not all cakes contain nuts, although several do contain nuts or nut extracts (i.e. almond, hazel) (carrot cake contains walnuts etc..). Therefore, if you are concerned about an allergy I will make every effort to insure your order is free from cross contamination, but BellaCake is not responsible for every guest and their food allergies.
DO YOU DELIVER OR PROVIDE RENTAL TOWERS OR STANDS?
Delivery is available for wedding cakes and cakes that require on-site assembly however there is a $25 fee for set-up. Delivery fees are calculated by distance traveled and are roughly $2.50 per mileage. While it is generally not a problem for clients to transport smaller cakes, self-transporting any cake is at your own risk. BellaCake does not recommend you self-transport 3D/sculptural cakes, cakes over 2 tiers tall, or any cake more than 45lbs or 1 hour away and is not responsible for any damage that may occur to any client-transported cake once it has left pick-up location. Additionally BellaCake does provide rental options for cake and cupcake displays, including a beautiful wooden boxed cupcake tower and cake stand. Please inquire for details.
